4 or 96 percent?

The one hour or so people spend working out daily is essential.
That's not arguable.
What's also unarguable is how little that hour matters when compared to the other 23 in the day, the ones where we eat and sleep.
So your emphasis is less on the stress applied during your workout and more on adapting to that stress during the other 23.
With that in mind, you can choose whichever gym or, as I call them, 'stress center' you want.
Do something you enjoy for an hour, and remember that the real work starts as you leave the workout.
The 96% of your day you spend outside the gym is more impactful than the 4% you spend in there.
