500 Carbs!

For the first time in six years, I have a client eating 500 grams of carbs daily as part of his 4000-calorie diet.
He just left. He is 17, 211 lbs and somewhere between 7 and 9 percent body fat.
Eating for him, at the levels and cleanliness he wants, is work.
I'm blown away by his work ethic, abilities, and discipline whenever I talk to him.
When he left, another client asked, "Who's that guy?"
"A high school man," I replied.
"That is not a high schooler!" she said.
"He's on his way to class and has two hours of workout time already done today."
