I highlight this because many programs teach you how to get it off but not keep it off. It's not as easy as this guy makes it look, but it can be done!
Mike is a shining example of habit change and sustaining his progress with body composition change. He does the work with no complaints and is a top-notch husband, father, and career man all the while.
