Tia’s Transformation

Tia is a significant transformation in the making. Tia and I met at a boot camp gym. She did their six-week, twenty-pound weight loss challenges a half dozen times! Unfortunately, while good intentioned, her methodology had more costs than benefits.

When she was eating 800 - 1200 calories per day and exercising intensely six days per week, with some two-a-day workouts and dehydration thrown in there for good measure, she could never sustain the results she achieved. So she got stuck in the cycle of yo-yo dieting. She’s lucky she got through so many deprivation diets and extreme exercise sessions without serious injury.

All we’ve had to do is change her diet and exercise methodology. She eats, on average, about 30% more food when she’s losing fat. As she begins to practice diet breaks or ‘maintenance weeks, ’ she will eat 100% more food daily than the starvation states she had practiced before.

The results have been predictable: sustained fat loss.

She will do this for another six to twelve months before we reverse diet her and cement her results as her new normal.
