Client Q from May 1: What can we get done by the end of May?

A: That's in a month, about ten pounds lost max, given your size. So, only a little. The best summer bodies are already built; that's what winters are for, especially in Iowa.

This is not to say you shouldn't try; you must have fair expectations to avoid the shame game when you don't transform in a month.

Client: "I knew you would say that. I hate it, but I know it's true. Thanks for being real."
