What A Month

By: Michael Beiter

"I don't think you realize how good you are," I told a client this morning.

"It makes sense; you don't get a lot of perspective on what people struggle with like I do. But know this, you hitting all your workouts despite being sick for 2-3 weeks is rare. So you do not miss a single food log and hit all of your macros while traveling across the state daily. People don't do that; you're exceptional!" I continued.

This guy is a former college football player and cross-fitter.

He admitted his biggest hurdle: "I'm thinking about the minimum effective dose concept a lot, but it's hard for me because I'm so used to being wiped after a workout. I was eager to see if the low-intensity steady state and simple lifting worked for me!"

He lost 14 lbs from November 7th to December 6th, which means he's averaging about half a pound of fat loss per day for the whole last month.

His waist shrunk 2.5 inches at the same time while maintaining all of his muscles.

"This is working beautifully!" he concluded.
