A Couple Q and A’s

By: Michael Beiter

Q: Can I flex the days I work out within a week?

A: Yes! Think of each week as an aggregate. Feel free to move days around as you need to as long as you get the prescribed work done each month.

Q: Can I spread my cardio out into multiple sessions?

A: Yes! Research shows people with multiple small bouts of daily physical activity sustain healthier body weights than their one-hour-and-done counterparts.

This time of year is energy conducive, and many people don't have any issues getting walks and bursts of activity in with the sun and warmth.

But we only get six months of this glorious weather before everything depresses, as well as our motivation and energy levels.

Winter and spring months are sustained by the disciplines crafted during the summer and fall. Or so it goes in Iowa, at least.

So, you can flex your weekly workouts, daily cardio, macros, calories, and every conceivable biometric and do well.

If you're going to make a routine, make a routine of flexibility.
